The “JK8” Jeep Event

THE FOLLOWING RULES APPLY TO THE GREAT JK-8 JEEP EVENT, JANUARY 1 – DECEMBER 31, 2013. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ALL REQUIREMENTS/RULES WILL AUTOMITICALLY DISQUALIFY ENTRANTS. PLEASE READ ALL RULES.

RRORC.COM Inc. (501(c)7) will be holding a event to benefit the United Four Wheel Drive Association and its members. The event will be for a single prize, to be purchased from Adventure Chrysler Jeep Dodge Inc., ( 2012 Jeep Wrangler JK8 , VIN 1C4BJWEG8CL189031)
has no cash value and is not able to be substituted for any other prize. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received. Void where prohibited. Profits from the event will be donated to the UFWDA, P.O. Box 316, Swartz Creek, MI 48473.

Entrants may purchase entry tickets solely at: http://jk8.ticketleap.com/jk-8/ . Online tickets will require a site management fee surcharge, to be paid by the Entrant. Purchased event tickets will be entered into a drawing. Sponsors are not responsible for lost or not received entries. All entries become property of Sponsors and will not be returned.

Ticket sales run from January 11, 2013 through December 31, 2013, or until 4000 tickets are sold, whichever comes first. Drawing will be held on December 31, 2013 or the first Monday after 4000 tickets are sold (or next business day if that Monday is a holiday). Winner need not be present at drawing. Winner will have 36 hours to respond to RRORC.com from time they are notified of their name being drawn, eligibility for the grand prize. If Winner does not reply within 36 hours or is determined to be ineligible, an alternative winner will be drawn and be subject to the same 36 hour and eligibility rule, repeated as necessary until Grand Prize is won. In no event will Sponsors award more prizes than listed in these Official Rules.

Winner must be 18 years of age or older, and be a licensed motor vehicle driver with proof of full coverage insurance, and is responsible for all city, state and federal taxes, vehicle registration, titling fees and documentary service fees at time of signing all documents necessary to effectuate transfer of title to winner. Winner is required to provide RRORC.com with a W-9 form for tax purposes. Contest is open to legal residents of the continental United States.

Winner must pick up vehicle from a predetermined location in the Cleveland, Ohio Metro area. If the winner wishes to have the vehicle shipped to a location within the continental United States, winner is solely responsible for any costs associated with the shipping or delivery of the vehicle.

Employees of Adventure Chrysler Jeep Dodge, 4 Wheel Parts, RRORC.com, related ad agencies and their immediate families, or any of their affiliated companies are not eligible to participate in the raffle.

Winner acknowledges that Adventure, 4 Wheel Parts, and UFWDA, RRORC.com shall have the right to use winner’s name, likeness and voice in promoting that he/she is the winner, in both print and broadcast. The event winner must sign a standard release form providing Adventure, 4 Wheel Parts, UFWDA, RRORC.com with their address and telephone number.

By purchasing a ticket you authorize the Sponsor(s) and their affiliates to contact you by phone (calls may be monitored and recorded), automated phone equipment and/or pre-recorded messages, mail, and email about this contest and goods and services related to the Sponsors.

All attendies waive any and all claims of liability against all sponsors, agents, affiliates, parent companies and their employees along with any other acting on behalf, for damages, injuries or other losses which relate directly or indirectly to Adventure, 4 Wheel Parts, UFWDA, RRORC.com and the Great JK8 Raffle.

Winner expressly releases Adventure, 4 Wheel Parts, UFWDA, RRORC.com, affiliated companies and employees, from any and all claims, demands, damages, and/or liability of any nature whatsoever that winner has or claims to have relating to the herein contest, and without limitation, any and all known or unknown claims for damages or injuries arising out of said event, whether founded in fact or in law.

RRORC.com is the sole judge of all matters pertaining to this event and reserves the right to change the rules and/or discontinue the event at any time without notice. All decisions by RRORC.com are final.
